Rules of the range

User Membership: User members will have access to the range and will be expected to abide by the Rules of the Range.

Grounds Maintenance: Any maintenance of the property will be done in a fashion that shall not violate the agreement with the shareholders who own the range.

Use of Equipment: Equipment will be used in an appropriate manner and then cleaned and put away properly.  Any use of the facilities for private purposes need priorauthorization.

Combinations: Gate and clubhouse combinations will be given to all user members after they have agreed to the Rules of the Range.

Clubhouse: Drinks and snacks will be available to user members on an honor system. A container will be available on the refrigerator to purchase drinks and snacks for $1.00 per item.

Shooting Lanes: Shooters will keep to the shooting lanes and within 40 yards in the practice area.

Hunting: There will be NO hunting on the range.

Broadheads:  Absolutely no broadheads allowed on the range. If caught shooting broadheads, you will be asked to leave the range. Your membership will be revoked without refund.

Camping: Camping by members will be allowed in the designated areas.

Fires: Ground fires will be limited to camping areas and only if contained by an appropriate fire ring.

Alcohol: Drinking of alcoholic beverages will not be allowed on the range and only in the camping areas after shooting hours.

Pets: Pets will be allowed on the range but only if leashed and kept with the owner.  The owner will be responsible for cleaning up after their pet.

Locking Up: The last person to leave the clubhouse or range will be responsible for locking the door of the clubhouse and the gate to the property.

Grievance Policy: Any violations of these rules may be brought to the attention of the range Board of Directors within 72 hours.  A response will be given within 30 days.

A response will be given within 30 days.  If the decision is to revoke the club membership, any membership fees will be forfeited and not refunded.  The Archery Club reserves the right to make changes to the Rules of the Range at anytime.  If changes are made they will be updated and posted at the clubhouse and updated on the website.
